Descriptions: The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings is an action mixed role playing fantasy filled video game developed by CD Projekt RED with the publishers Bundai Namco Games, internationally released on 17th May 2011. It is a sequel and a second important installment in the series The Witcher. A CD Projekt RED's produced 'The Witcher 2' was platformed for Microsoft Windows, Xbox 360 OS X and Linux. Like it's predecessor, Assassins of Kings revels the next part of the polish fantasy novel writen by Andrzej Sapkowski. The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings has been one of the successful game of the its time (i.e. of it's year), sold more than 1.7 million copies for all platforms in a year and was been most appreciated by STEAM with the score of 9/10.
The gameplay of The Witcher 2 is a marked departure from that of its predecessor. Player movement is accomplished solely through the keyboard, and combat has changed from the rhythmic mini-game style of the original game to a more fast paced style. The left mouse button is used for fast but weak attacks, while the right mouse button is used for slower but more damaging ones. The abilities to lay traps and to aim and throw ranged weapons are new additions to the combat system.
The Witcher 2 also includes a stealth mode in certain parts of the game, where the player must remain undetected as they make their way to a certain objective.
